Hydraulic Gate Valves

Hydraulic gate valves are based on Sunry’s robust manual gate valves and suitable for well testing, high pressure drilling and production accompanied with sour gas or / and sand. These hydraulic gate valves are fully designed, manufactured and tested in accordance with API Spec. 6A. Reasonable price and low cost of spares make them the most cost effective hydraulic gate valves on the market.

  Linear double acting actuators guarantee opening valves rapidly in 30 seconds if controled by Sunry’s control panel.
  Integrally forged valve body
  The sealing surface of the gate are sprayed by carbide alloy at high velocity and seats are made of carbide alloy to enhance wear resistance, corrosion resistance and service life
  Gate to seat, seat to body, bonnet seal and stem backseat are metal to metal sealing
